You must be at least 13 years of age to use BoostVault. You are solely responsible for the content and accounts you submit for delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Attempting to chargeback or dispute a completed order without contacting support first may result in a permanent ban from our platform.

We respect your privacy. We never ask for your passwords or sensitive account details. Any information you provide — such as profile or post links — is used strictly to process your order and is never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.

We may collect basic usage data such as order history and account information to improve our service and provide support. Your data is stored securely and never transferred to third parties outside of our payment processor (Stripe) and delivery partners.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted and processing has begun.

If you experience a technical issue, did not receive your order, or believe there was an error on our end, please contact our support team within 7 days of placing your order. We will review your case and work to resolve it fairly.

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases where delivery failed entirely. Partial refunds may be offered for partially delivered orders.
