Attempting to chargeback or dispute a completed order without contacting support first may result in a permanent ban from our platform.

We may collect basic usage data such as order history and account information to improve our service and provide support. Your data is stored securely and never transferred to third parties outside of our payment processor (Stripe) and delivery partners.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted and processing has begun.
